TERMS OF SERVICE Welcome to Icon Tables. These terms apply to all orders placed with Icon Tables, Ashworth Road, Blackpool, FY4 4UN, through icontables.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. About us: Icon Tables handcrafts statement upholstered furniture from our workshop in Blackpool, as part of the same family of businesses behind Blackpool Upholstery. Orders and pricing: All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; any change will not affect orders already confirmed. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm your order by email. Made to order: Every table is handmade to order, so please refer to our Shipping policy for lead times and our Return and refund policy for cancellations, damages and returns. Payment: Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. Product descriptions: We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. As each piece is handmade, small variations in finish, colour and pattern placement are normal and are part of the character of a handcrafted product. Liability: Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your order. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
