Refund policy
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Every Icon table is handmade to order at our Blackpool workshop, so please choose carefully before ordering.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. As production begins shortly after this window, cancellations requested afterwards may be subject to a charge to cover materials and work already completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Faulty or damaged items: Please inspect your table as soon as it arrives and let us know of any damage or fault within 3 days of delivery. Contact us at help@icontables.co.uk or 01253 600600 with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change of mind: As each table is made to your order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once production has started. If your order has not yet entered production, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Returns: Any approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging where possible. We will cover return delivery costs for faulty items; for all other approved returns, return delivery is at the customer's expense.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
